The versatile Black Ice Distort module can be configured for just a touch of grit, a more aggressive grind or 60's flavoured fuzz. While this sugar cube-sized device will never replace the refined sound of a good pedal, it provides handy, there-when-you-need-it access to a variety of old-school flavours, and a great way to add additional textures to an already overdriven amp or pedal. The super small , easy to install Black Ice Distort module is compatible with all passive guitar and bass pickups. Use it separately, or pair it with our Black Ice Boost module for additional dirty boost options.* A variety of wiring options and complete instructions are provided.
