Shijie TLM - Plum Burst - Stainless fret

The Shijie’s first Super T guitar. Features a push-pull tone knob for tonal versatility and comes in our exclusive PD series quilted plum gradient  finish. The guitar comes with paired with Seymour Duncan pickups, and a high end Wilkinson bridge, with medium Jumbo stainless frets, and a mahogany chambered body with maple cap . This design reduces the weight of the guitar whilst delivering a bright but modern, well-rounded tone perfect for fluid sounding soloing.

About Riboloff T-DA Smart Tone pot - coil splitting technology

The Shijie PDS S246 model guitar is equipped the Riboloff dual-element 11 detent Tone Control. This tone control offers extra bright tone not normally available with just a twist of the tone knob. When the tone knob is turned full up to last detent, this knob position splits the coils on both humbuckers. This full up tone knob position also by-passes the tone circuit making this position even brighter.
When rotating the knob 1 detent down towards 0 both pickups return to full humbucking mode. The tone circuit is also engaged. Rotating the knob further towards 0 one detent at a time yoi can notice the tone getting darker as expected with normal passive guitar tone controls.
The pickup selector works as normal 3 way pickup selector whether in humbucker or single coil mode. When pickup selector, selects both single coils to be engaged they are hum caneling in this position.
